To obtain a Real Estate License in the State of CT, you need to take the 60-hour Principles & Practice Course and successfully pass the class exam with a grade of 70% or better. After that, you may register with the Department of Consumer Protection ( www.ct.gov/dcp and click on Real Estate) to take the State Exam. There are two parts to this Exam and you must successfully pass both of them with a grade 70% or better to earn your license. |
